Who We Are
About TEI
Tanzania Ecolife Initiative (TEI) is a non-profit organization established to promote animal welfare, sustainable environmental conservation, and community empowerment in Tanzania.
The organization was founded in response to increasing animal welfare challenges, environmental degradation, and socio-economic vulnerabilities facing communities that depend directly on natural resources for their livelihoods.
TEI recognizes the strong interconnection between animal well-being, healthy ecosystems, and resilient human communities. Through integrated and community-centered approaches, the organization seeks to foster long-term solutions that balance environmental protection with socio-economic development.
